The only way to cope with causes of stress is to re-think your expenses and replace the most expensive ones with those more economic. Also, remember about writing down all home expenses! The number of bills you have to pay may be surprisingly high, that's why it is a good idea to limit their number. When you have a clear picture on how you spend money, do all necessary cuts to find an additional hundred dollars a month to avoid cash flow problems. Cutting on restaurants, bars or boutiques may seem to be harsh, but it will save you a lot of nerves and allow you savor all other pleasures much more. The next step is creation of a savings account. Even if you won't be able to transfer more than twenty dollars a months to your savings account, soon you will have a money reserve that will allow you to easily cope with unexpected financial expenses without needing to borrow money. This will make your life far less stressful.
